This hotfix will implement recalculations to some Anniversary event achievements, as well as updating certain quest triggers.

Dear Settlers,

Some bandits tried to crash the Anniversary Celebration - throwing cakes at settlers and popping every balloon in sight! It wasn't until the revered Aunt Irma herself came out of her house and chased them away with her giant broom!

Check out your in-game messages for a surprise

After they had been driven out with their tails between their legs, Aunt Irma offered to replace all of the balloons; how she managed to blow them all up on her own, no one knows... You better take these to the Mayor's house pronto and lend a hand!
